Canada topo satellite map overlay

Works with Trail Boss v2.52 and above.

This map is meant to be used as a layer on top of Trail Boss's satellite map. It shows elevation lines, creeks, rivers and other information (Canadian coverage). To use this map as an overlay first select the Satellite Map, then select the 'More Maps' entry you created for this map.
