Yes.

The easiest way to do this is to use Trail Boss's 'Backup Trips & Placemarks' option under 'General Maintenance' on Trail Boss's Settings page. This option allows you to backup all of your trips and placemarks via email or directly to cloud storage such as iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive. Once you have a made a backup file you can restore it to any other device.

Restoring a backup will not delete existing trips and placemarks that are on the device. The items in the backup will be added to the existing items, except that duplicates will not be added. This makes backup/restore a great way to keep multiple devices synced so they all have the same trips and placemarks.
