Yes.

Position the map so that it shows the area of interest.

Go to the Trip Log page and tap the advanced filter button at the top left.

Select the option Within Visible Map. Tap OK to go back to the Trip Log. It now shows the trips that are within the visible bounds of the map page.

Trail Boss gets its map data from internet servers so it will count against your cellular data plan. You should carefully monitor your data usage when you are using Trail Boss.
